Description:

Excellent Role - You will be managing your own case load from instruction through to billing; receiving instructions from clients, advising of proposed terms and deal structure right through to liaising with client/third parties to effect exchange/completion and post completion matters including registration of documents where necessary. Responding to queries from clients, advising on day to day property management issues, including interpretation of existing documentation. Assisting clients to agree heads of terms for proposed transactions, highlighting potential legal and commercial issues. Advising clients on legal and commercial implications of amendments to documents requested by third parties. Assisting AMG team and mainstream real estate with larger transactions; assisting with sales and purchases for investment clients; management of a large number of file.
Candidates must have completed a law degree, have previous experience of property management / Landlord & Tenant transactions and documentation. Property law experience and awareness of commercial property market is essential, as is previous experience of working as part of a paralegal team (ref136829)

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
