This london Office of a leading US Law Firm are seeking to recruit, as soon as possible, a paralegal with fluent Italian, initially for three months, but possibly going on longer. Working principally with the Italian Team (Corporate) providing general support to Partners and Associates including: Translation - English to Italian, Italian to English, research, proof-reading, drafting - minutes, board resolutions, agreements and administrative tasks including helping with documentation on closing of a deal. Candidates are required to have a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent, be flexible with hours (overtime paid), have good organisational skills, attention to detail, be resourceful with a ?can do? attitude and good Microsoft Office skills (ref 136833)

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
