A Funds Legal Assistant is required by this TOP US FIRM in the City. Experience in fund formation is ideal but not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be very diligent. You will be providing general legal assistant support for the funds lawyers and partners ? you will be working very closely with the funds team. Candidates should be familiar with the process and the forms involved in the incorporation of companies and establishment of limited partnerships, as well as the filings required throughout the life of the company and the life of the partnership. Candidates should be able to prepare first drafts of plain vanilla agreements and basic board minutes and be able to deal with Companies House and be familiar with its procedures. This role offers a very high level of responsibility and excellent career progression within this top US firm (ref 134188)

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
