This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a corporate background to gain offshore experience within this very large International Law Firm. This is initially a 6 month role possibly ongoing within the real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent academics / IT skills, Corporate background, Has prepared complex minutes, Understands how a company operates / can prepare / understand registers and review articles, Has experience of CP lists and collation of documents and Can work with minimum supervision and follow procedures.
