The downtown Memphis office of a large regional firm is in need of an experienced litigation paralegal to work with a partner and associate attorney to manage large federal court caseload involving ERISA benefits cases and media libel. Some state court medical negligence cases also. Post-secondary degree or paralegal certificate and 5 years' litigation experience is required. Good pay and full benefits. Great working environment.
