Description:

Memphis based Corporation is seeking a Trademark Paralegal. Day to day duties include: maintenance of trademark portfolio, registering and maintaining trademarks, be on alert for third parties? use of potentially infringing trademarks, conduct availability searches, support counsel in enforcement and prosecution activities, and review marketing pieces for proper trademark usage. This person will also be expected to assist in other day to day corporate work. Prior experience and bachelor?s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
