Leading US investment bank based in the heart of the Docklands has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Capital Markets Paralegal. Working to support a team of 5/6 capital markets lawyers this is a permanent opportunity that will give you the chance to develop excellent drafting skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 6-12 months experience working either for a large investment house or a City/Magic Circle or US firm in the capital marketsa area. We would expect a lawyer with with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
