Description:

This team member will provide support for the company?s strategic transactions, with a focus on capital markets transactions in support of the company?s corporate treasury department. Transactions include public and private securitizations, equity and unsecured debt issuance, asset sales and other transactional work.

Primary responsibilities include:

? Support of capital markets transactions and transaction attorneys
? Initial point of contact for certain corporate treasury transactional activities
? Initial review of legal documents
? Significant interaction with members of treasury and other business units
? Closing and coordination of significant corporate transactions
? Coordination of multiple transactions
? Coordination with and direction of outside counsel

This team member may also be asked to work on other corporate strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership, real estate and supply chain management transactions.

Qualifications:
? Three to five years paralegal (or similar) experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with a focus on financing transactions
? Demonstrated ability to work effectively both on teams and independently
? Ability to undertake initial drafts and reviews of legal contracts
? Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize work
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and comfort interacting with executives
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
