Description:

Manufacturing company is looking to add a Corporate Transactional Paralegal to their small legal team. Ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate environment.

In addition to corporate related duties, paralegal must be willing to learn Intellectual Property type activity. Position will be a nice mix of both Corporate and IP related responsibilities.

Excellent opportunity for a paralegal seeking a wide range of responsibility.

BA/BS and/or Paralegal Certificate is helpful.
