Major international law firm seeking a Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal for their busy section. Work with high-profile attorneys in this well-known law firm. Large law firm experience is preferred. Bachelor's preferred also. Good commercial real estate experience (closing binders, deeds of trust, title/survey, lease abstracts, lease agreements, etc.) and corporate (corporate certificates, resolutions, M&A's, stock certificates,etc.) (8-15 yrs. exp.)

Firm provides medical/dental, LTD, STD, PPO, OT after 38.75 hours, bonus, savings plan, 401K, vacation/sick/personal days, plus so much more!
