Description:

International Law Firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its growing practice. Candidate should have experience in the music industry, and knowledge of copyright registration process. Work will include music, film, television, and related fields. Duties include filing copyright registrations, affiliations with performing rights societies, preparing contract summaries. The successful candidate will also have experience in contract execution and administration. Due diligence evaluations for loans, sales and purchases will also be part of the job. Will train to draft and negotiate certain agreements, such as producer agreements, mechanical licenses, synchronization licenses, publishing and sub-publishing agreements and similar agreements.
