A well known Sacramento law firm specializing in real estate, corporate and business law is seeking an Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary to support Partner. Will assist with administrative duties in addition to legal secretary matters.

Minimum of five years legal secretary experience in Real Estate and/or Transactional law preferred. Litigation skills preferred. Team player with a “can do” attitude. Advanced computer skills required. Well organized and ability to multi-task. Experience handling executive administrative duties; travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and conferences. Responsible for handling confidential matters.
