This dynamic mid-sized city firm requires a confident Financial Services paralegal for a 1 year fixed term contract. This is a fee-earning role offering an excellent opportunity to build on your exisitng transaction experience with high-quality hands-on work. You will be liaising with the FSA and assisting in preparing documentation for applications and compliance. You will also be involved in updating know how information, preparing compliance manuals and regulatory forms, proof reading, verification exercises, research and incorporating companies and limited partnerships.

An interesting and varied role for a bright and enthusiastic candidate with relevant working knowledge.
