Responsibilities include:
Act as a liason between forwarding counsel and the client;
Verify that suit has been filed, judgement has been granted and license suspensions have been completed;
Work all assigned files in accordance with set procedures while properly documenting all work performed;
Handle day to day contact with clients and forwardign attorney as required.
