SALARY: Base of approximately $60K+ $$$ earnings potential, commensurate with experience

Our Client, an AV rated law firm located in SE Boca Raton, is actively seeking an Attorney with two (2) to seven (7) years of litigation experience in Florida. This applicant?s focus must be with Labor & Employment Law and/or Federal court practice.

A stable employment history and ability to handle a large volume of cases (not necessary as the lead Attorney) is essential. Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is imperative.

Earning opportunities over and above the base salary is based upon productivity. This will require an Attorney who is a hard worker and is willing to aggressively push cases in an efficient manner.

The successful candidate shall be a talented and diverse Attorney who places a high value on professionalism and understands the value of teamwork and the needs of individuals playing different roles.
