Our Client, a prominent, diverse international Law Firm, is actively seeking a Real Estate Associate. The individual shall have a minimum of three (3) years to a maximum of six (6) years of related Florida Law experience, preferably within a large Law Firm environment.

A professional demeanor, excellent research and writing skills and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment are a few of the pre-requisites required for this position. Superior academic credentials and an active membership in good standings with the Florida Bar Association are necessary. The successful candidate must have experience with all facets of real estate law, including but not limited to commercial transactional, commercial leasing, foreclosures, development issues, title review, purchase financing matters and association laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Three (3) to a maximum of six (6) years of Florida Law related experience
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association
• Previous large Law Firm tenure is preferred
• Knowledge of all facets of Real Estate Law
• Construction or finance law an asset
