A prestigious International Law Firm is actively seeking a Senior Attorney for its International transactional department. The individual will have a stable employment history, preferably with a large Law Firm and must have a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience. Expertise with Commercial Transactions, Compliance, Creditors’ rights as well as all other aspects of an International transactional department is absolutely necessary.

Excellent academic background from a Tier One Law School is essential. Strong writing skills is essential. Fluency with Spanish is a strong asset. Candidate must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
