Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal for its NYC office. This opportunity requires that the candidate has a minimum of 2 years? experience working with employment-based immigration matters, including H, E, J, and L- non-immigrant visas as well as adjustment of status and immigrant visa applications. Excellent communication and writing skills are important. Strong organization skills and attention to detail are critical. Must be able to work independently as well as with others and flexible to work extra hours as required. A Bachelor?s Degree is required; paralegal certification is a plus.
