Major downtown Dallas law firm seeking IP Litigation PL to work in their busy section. Work with Head of IP Section for the Dallas office. IP Litigation in the areas of patents and trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets and unfair competition. Experience with negotiations and drafting license and technology transfer agreements and working with the USPTO. Good work tenure and drafting skills. Must have 4 yr degree. Firm provides medical/dental/life, 401K, paid OT after 40 hours, dart/train pass, end of yr bonus, annual salary review/raise, vacation/sick leave plus beautiful offices! (3-5 yrs. exp.)
