Excellent role for experienced ISDA negotiators to work for a top tier investment bank in the City. The negotiators are responsible for negotiating master agreements and resolving related issues, such as capacity, to ensure the optimum reduction of risk in line with the credit and legal policies/standards of the bank. Role involves extensive contact with clients and their lawyers (including occasional conference calls and meetings) and liaison with our business, credit officers, and legal department and, on occasion, our own external counsel.

Candidates should be motivated, self-starters, looking to take responsibility and develop, as well as being a strong team player who is flexible and adaptable and committed to providing the businesses with the highest levels of support and service and well as achieving results. Must be able to work under pressure, prioritise and respond to deadlines. Good common sense, eagerness to learn and good organisation essential. Personable individual able to liase, communicate and foster good co-operative working relationships both internally and externally.
