Description:

Creditor rights law firm, headquartered in downtown Cleveland, is actively seeking experienced Collectors to work in our Retail and Subrogation departments.

Candidates with previous collection experience strongly encouraged to apply. Duties include making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from debtors, negotiation of payment arrangements and working in a fast paced, high work volume environment. Skip tracing as well as researching pertainent information to complete files are additional tasks.
Ability to organize, work with a high energy level and problem solving skills a plus.
Candiadates must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm, and be computer literate on Word, Excel and the internet.
