Job Title: Legal Counsel	Salary: 40,000 / Yearly

A software licensing company, owned by wireless industry leaders, requires a Legal Counsel for a 6 month maternity cover.

As a key member of the Legal team, the successful candidate will be involved in most aspects of the work of the team. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating and providing advice over a wide range of matters and agreements including software licences, development and distribution agreements, supply arrangements, confidentiality terms, consultancy agreements, trademark and domain name matters and patent licences. You may also be involved in any contentious matters affecting the companies licensing business.

You will possess a recognised law qualification (solicitor or barrister or the equivalent in a common law jurisdiction) and have demonstrable experience of legal matters within the technology sector. Your experience will include drafting of and successful closing complex software licensing arrangements.

This role requires an immediate start and offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop your skills in a fast paced environment.
