Country's fourth largest creditor rights law firm is seeking qualified candidates to add to our Processing Departments located in Cleveland and Independence, Ohio.
Duties of the position include opening all new files, preparation of lawsuits and following all of those cases from pre-suit to judgement, review and import files from the state, prepare/file/follow bank attachments, garnishments and liens.
This position is fast paced and high work volume. Required skill set is 40 wpm typing and 6500 ksph in data entry and 10-key. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and the internet also required along with exceptional communication skills.
