Description:

LITIGATION PARALEGAL with experience in Business Litigation and/or Medical Mal Litigation needed by busy Director of midsize Dallas law firm.

He is looking for someone who is career-minded, conscientious, smart and personable. Must have strong writing abilities. Large law firm experience is preferred. Degree and/or PL Certificate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, answers, summarize depositions along with interface effectively with clients of the firm.
