One of Sacramento?s largest and most prestigious law firms has an immediate opening for a experienced Litigation Paralegal. The firm represents clients in civil practice, business, litigation, banking/financial institutions, construction,
employment, environmental and more.

The litigation paralegal must have a minimum of three years experience in litigation support and case management. Candidates should have experience drafting documents, interviewing witnesses, preparing for deposition, and summarizing and organizing large volumes of documents. Candidates should also have strong technical skills including proficiency with excel, summation, sanction or other case management and trial software. Position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-based environment. Candidates with experience in all phases of litigation from beginning phases of discovery through trial and appeals are strongly preferred. Paralegal certificate required.
