Excellent Plaintiff's Boutique Firm is looking to hire a Top Notch Paralegal with minimum 5 years experience in med mal on the plaintiff side preferably handling large catastrophic cases. Responsibilities will include tracking medical records; answering interrogatories, drafting pleadings, filing in the state, local and federal courts in PA & NJ, summarizing depositions, managing attorney’s calendar and critical deadlines, scheduling depositions and trial preparation.
Strong organization, computer and communication skills required. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not a requirement.
