SALARY: $59K -$69K, commensurate with experience

An expanding well-regarded Stuart Law Firm is seeking a Nurse Paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of Plaintiff P.I. or Insurance Defense experience. The ideal candidate must have an R.N. or L.P.N. Degree and must have experience as a Nurse Paralegal in a Law Firm. Florida law knowledge is not necessary.

The successful candidate must be able to conduct client interviews, research and summarize medical literature and prepare chronologies of medical events. This individual must collaborate with attorneys to analyze complaints, set up depositions and trial outlines and demand letters. You will also be responsible to retain expert witnesses, as well as acting as liaison between attorneys, physicians and clients.
