Leading US investment bank has an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking paralegal to join their team as a Documentation Paralegal. The role will be ongoing and candidates should be available on a maximum of 1 weeks notice.
Job Description
? Transaction/client paralegal
? Working with finance teams; structured (securisation/derivatives), banking
? Drafting legal documentation
? Process management
? Must be IT literate
Main duties
? Drafting
? Proof reading
? Preparation of post transaction files and post transactional distributions
? General assistance in office
Skills
? Experience with structured products, notes, warrants, certificates
? Drafting legal documentation, pricing supplements and associated documentation
? Operational knowledge of structured product process flow
? Equity derivative ISDA knowledge preferable
Essential attributes
? Good time management
? Ability to work independently
? Good interpersonal skills
? Team player

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
