Paralegal (Temp) - Document Production

We are seeking a paralegal with at least 3 years experience in either a law firm or corporate law department for a long term project. Project involves document production and management related to mergers and acquisitions for this global media and entertainment company.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 + years paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate legal department

- Experience with a document management platform such as Documatrix or Lextranet

- Experience with high volume document production projects

- Strong proficiency is Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

- Experience with Westlaw and/or LexisNexis

- Bachelors Degree required

- Must be an effective communicator

- Must be comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels
