REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL needed by growing midsize law firm. Experience with drafting contracts,lease agreements, amendments, lease abstracts, estoppel agreements, review title and survey, legal descriptions, closing binders, etc. Work with Shareholder of very busy real estate section.

Firm provides medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid OT after 40 hours, parking allowance, PTO, end of yr bonus, along with lots of social activities throughout the year for their employees! (5-10 yrs. exp.)
