Description:Records Manager for Law Office in Downtown Dallas. The candidate for this position should be organized, detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products is required. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining all client files from inception to destruction. This includes client file creation, data entry into the firm's accounting system, conflict checks, preparation of files for closing, preparation of paperwork to transport to off-site storage, retrieval of files from off-site storage, maintain the firm's retention policy and the destruction of files. In addition, this position is responsible for the safe deposit box records and may be asked to travel to and from the bank if necessary to retrieve and deliver documents. The Records Manager supervises/works with a Records Clerk position. The ability to lift 40-50 lbs. is required.
