Description:

Minneapolis office seeks a securities paralegal with 2+ years of experience working in the securities area. The candidate assists with the preparation of Securities and Exchange Commission filings, including Form 8-Ks, Schedule 13Ds and Section 16 reports, private placements, public offerings, blue sky materials and other corporate finance documents. A Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate is needed.
