Description:

Mid-size downtown Dallas law firm seeking very experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to work with Director and his busy section. Shareholder practices in the Litigation and Insolvency & Creditor Rights Sections. He represents financial institutions in a variety of matters, including general bank operations, material defensive litigation and credit risk management.

Must have excellent writing and drafting skills along with experience with pleadings, motions, various courts, along with client interaction.
