Description:

Major corporation seeking very experienced Employment/Corporate PL to work with Chief Legal Officer, Staff VP, Assistant GC and Assistant Secretary. Experience with Employment Issues (document review and drafting, offer letters, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, executive and staff separation agreements, retirement agreements, and retention agreements; assist with development of systemaatic procedures for the HR and Laaw Departments; assist with administration of Company's Executive Severance Policy; track RIFs and assist the Law Department in manaing company-wide employment issues); Contracts(Assist with contract issues and confidentiality agreements, assist with negotiation and execution of contracts); General duties (maintain & post State forms of Separation Agreements to internal database, maintain employment-related policies to internal database and assist in the administration of company PACs). Must have 4 yr degree and experience with transactional, employment and general contract law. Compliance experience is a plus!
