Sr. Litigation Paralegal

Major Sacramento law office is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to work with attorneys and clients. Position requires knowledge of legal concepts and procedures. Candidate must be highly motivated, self-sufficient and have a high level of dedication. Primary responsibility involves assisting attorneys with the following duties: Reviewing, organizing and analyzing documents, performing legal research, handling a high volume of discovery documents and drafting basic legal documents
Requirements:
At least 5 years litigation experience
Experienced in employment labor law a plus
Experience in Civil Litigation a must
Experience in case management
Certified by an ABA approved paralegal program
Working knowledge of various word processing and computerized database programs
Ability to work effectively with people, exercise sound judgment, and establish and maintain professional relationships with attorneys and colleagues
Ability to multi-task, problem solve and bring projects to completion Must have Trial Director and Summation Experience
