Temp Nurse Paralegal
We are seeking your assistance with our search for a temp nurse paralegal. This will be a long term assignment (not sure how long). Specifically, we are looking for prior legal nurse consultant experience/nurse paralegal experience, clinical background with at least 10 years in critical care and/or emergency room experience. Job duties will include: Fielding and troubleshooting daily record collection issues; providing medical issue support for national discovery teams that don't have nurse support; advising national discovery team on what records are relevant and what are not; medical research and analysis; review and input of information into master database to analyze criteria and trends across the national litigation; review medical records and draft summaries and chronologies; coordinate review of medical records and case preparation in advance of depositions; analysis of product identification; special case related projects; manage own case load and other duties as assigned.
