Profile

While started in 1973 as a training services provider, Career Training Concepts, Inc. (CTC) began providing manpower support to government agencies in 2005. We started providing personnel support to Recruiting and Retention Battalions of the Army National Guard, but have expanded these services to a number of other federal and state agencies, to include the US Navy, US Air Force, US Army, National Park Service, FL Department of Military Affairs, and various US Attorney's Office Districts across the country. To date, we have placed over 750 full-time, contractor employees in a variety of skills in dozens of locations. We have the developed expertise to successfully recruit and retain in the areas of: administrative support, IT, marketing, recruiting and retention, job training, medical records, paralegal, training development and instruction, and contracting support.
