The National Paralegal Network is currently expanding coverage and adding paralegals throughout the US. This position is mobile, as you will be meeting with clients in their home or other designated meeting places. Position includes meeting with consumers who will become clients of the law firm we are currently contracted with. You will be presenting the firm>s retainer agreement, answering questions, and collecting signatures. You will be compensated $80/signing. Please thoroughly review the requirements below to see if this position would be an appropriate fit for you.\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\n*Reliable transportation, as you will be traveling to meet with clients\r\n*Cell Phone/Computer/Access to Scanner\r\n*Basic-Intermediate computer skills that will allow you to learn/function within our software\r\n*Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a paralegal in some capacity (paralegal school/training also counts as experience) \r\n*Must have basic knowledge of retainers and how to present/explain details to clients\r\n*Must be personable, friendly, professional, punctual, and have excellent follow through \r\n*Must have good communication skills, as you will be required to maintain consistent communication with the paralegal network and its affiliates\r\n*Must be available to complete our 3 hour training program prior to seeing clients\r\n*Must have your schedule open a minimum of 20hrs/wk to meet with clients (you choose those hours)\r\n*Must be willing to travel a minimum of 30 miles from your home zip code to meet with clients\r\n*Must understand that this is an Independent Contractor position and client flow will vary based on location, area you>re willing to cover/travel to, and your availability. \r\n\r\nThis position is intended to be part time, flexible, and to be considered as a second/supplementary job.
