We have expanded nationally to value add markets through creative financing, collaboration with long term partners, and the ability to bring out substantial value from our acquisitions. We currently own $250MM in assets and work tirelessly to add the right acquisitions to our portfolio. We have spreadsheets, pages of statistics for why we should be in one market and not another, a high performing team and years of experience but all of this is useless without vision.
