Debt Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions Paralegal II (Boston) Job #2201

The Boston office of our global law firm client is seeking to hire a paralegal with 5+ years of experience handling complex matters for large corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess experience in one or more areas including debt finance, M&A, private equity, asset-backed securitization, fund formation, investment management and/or venture capital. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, solid communication and management skills, creativity and initiative are required. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Carpe Diem, Westlaw, TextMap, Relativity, SharePoint, LegalKey and a document management system are required. Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
