Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal Job

The Chicago office of our global law firm client is seeking a mergers and acquisitions paralegal with 10+ years of experience in corporate/mergers and acquisitions transactional work at a law firm or corporate legal department. The ideal candidate with have strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Bachelors required, paralegal certificate preferred. Salary commensurate with experience and comprehensive benefits.
