We have a highly organized and systematized practice and a team that works well together. Most of our key staff members been with us three years or longer and others for more than eight years. Our growing firm is searching for an experienced family law paralegal to add to our team.

About You

You have 3+ years paralegal experience handling family law cases/documents. You are experienced in handling a case file from beginning to end. You should have excellent attention to detail and be highly organized. You also work well independently as well as part of a team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Drafting letters, court pleadings, and motions
Drafting documents using customized forms
Preparing discovery and responses to discovery demands
Completing legal forms
Scheduling and calendaring tasks
Assisting attorney in preparing cases for hearings and mediations
Communicating with clients with updates and gathering information
Other tasks as assigned

Education & Requirements:

3+ years paralegal experience in family law
Paralegal certification preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Outlook, Word, Excel
Proficient in Google Suite
Preferably familiar with client management software like Clio
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Highly organized
Client centered approach
