Our growing firm is seeking an organized and customer service-focused family law paralegal who will be responsible for communicating with clients, keeping documentation and client files updated, and ensuring clients receive exceptional client service.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years family law paralegal experience. You should also enjoy working independently as well as with a team, have excellent attention to detail, and you are a self-starter. If you also speak Spanish, even better! But above all else, you must enjoy helping people as that is the purpose of this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, correspondence, and discovery;
Conferring with clients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments and consultations;
Managing deadlines pursuant to the Rules of Civil Procedure; preparing trial notebooks, coordinating witnesses, and conducting legal research.
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
General office duties.
If bilingual, may also assist with translating for Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications:

3+ years family law paralegal experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software
Well organized, efficient and able to prioritize tasks accordingly

Salary commensurate with experience.
