Downtown plaintiffs personal injury law firm seeking paralegal/legal assistant with at least 5 years of law office litigation work experience. Tasks involve working with attorneys to manage litigation docket including support in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, responding to discovery, document management, client communication, and trial preparation. Must have very good organizational, communication and writing skills. Attention to detail and accuracy with work product are critical. Bilingual (Spanish) and MS Word proficiency are required. Salary commensurate with ability and experience.
