Job Summary
At the direction of our clients and with management supervision, you will assist as part of a team in the drafting of specialized legal documents called QDROs (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders) for family law attorneys (and/or divorced parties), in order to divide retirement assets due to their clients divorce.

Responsibilities
Process intake information from clients and retirement plans by mail, email, fax, and phone;
Manage own caseload in multi-stage workflow, meeting expected timeframes/deadlines;
Maintain careful records in company database system;
Research retirement plan administrator information necessary for QDRO documents;
Produce accurate QDROs and supporting documents;
Provide knowledgeable and timely customer service by email, phone and mail as needed;
Provide polished, proofread work product that meets high standards of attention to detail.

Education
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or Paralegal Certificate/Degree

Experience
Required: 2+ years office and/or customer service experience required
Preferred: Law office or finance experience preferred, but not required
